Marketing Finance Analyst (Marketing Budget & Spend Operations)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Financial Analyst to serve as the financial quarterback for our marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing, this role will sit at the critical intersection of Finance and Marketing. You will be responsible for managing the financial health of our marketing investments, ensuring accuracy in our spend roll-reputed company, leading budget exercises, and streamlining our invoicing operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who understands marketing operations and can translate reputed company financial data into actionable insights for marketing leadership. Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting:

Financial Operations & Invoicing:

• Own the end-to-end invoice management process for reputed company marketing vendors, media partners, and agencies.
• Facilitate the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Partner tightly with the Accounting team to manage month-end reputed company activities, including calculating and submitting accurate marketing accruals and journal entries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase efficiency in financial tracking.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies between forecasted and actual marketing spend.

• Support reputed company financial analysis to evaluate the ROI and efficiency of various marketing initiatives and media tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in corporate finance, reputed company, or accounting, ideally with direct experience supporting a marketing or e-commerce organization.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (financial modeling, pivot tables, reputed company formulas) and experience with ERP/Accounting software and PO systems.
• Strong understanding of marketing terminology, media channels, and how marketing investments hit the P&L.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Platform Billing Experience: Familiarity with the billing, invoicing, and spend tracking mechanics of major digital ad platforms (e.g., reputed company DSP, reputed company Ads, reputed company).
• Industry Background: Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or the luxury goods sector.
• Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) to build and automate marketing spend dashboards.
• Attribution Familiarity: A baseline understanding of media mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution, and how upper-funnel vs. reputed company-funnel investments impact financial forecasting.

Salary reputed company pay: $80,000 - $105,000. Final pay reputed company shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
