Job Description: Preferred Qualifications The Business Systems Analyst III performs systems analysis assignments with varying degrees of supervision. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business lines to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with direct involvement in system build and integration projects. 3+ years of experience in the Trade Finance and Working Capital business domain. Strong understanding of how systems and integrations support banking workflows. Experience working with a mix of integrations types: APIs, batch file transfers, and message queues. Familiarity with tools like reputed company to test or inspect APIs and review Json/XML payloads. Knowledge of mainframe integration patterns, including batch processing and flat file exchanges. Comfort reading system logs and assisting with root cause analysis in support of Level 3 investigations. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong documentation skills, especially with BDD-style requirements and vendor-facing specifications. Working knowledge of ITIL processes and change management practices in enterprise environments.
