Key Responsibilities
- Architect, provision, and manage production-grade AWS environments using services such as EC2, reputed company/EKS, reputed company, S3, RDS/reputed company, VPC, IAM, AWS Organizations, reputed company Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, AWS Config, and AWS Backup.
- reputed company cloud migrations, application modernization, performance tuning, cost optimization (using AWS Cost Explorer, Trusted Advisor, Compute Optimizer), and FinOps governance for state agency workloads.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform (preferred), AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK; build automated CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
- Design and enforce reputed company controls: encryption (KMS, SSE), network segmentation (VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink), least-privilege IAM policies, identity federation, multi-account strategies, and centralized logging/monitoring reputed company with CJIS reputed company Policy requirements.
- Support compliance for CJI-adjacent or sensitive Texas state data environments, including AWS GovCloud (US) where applicable, isolated VPCs, reputed company groups/NACLs, AWS Organizations SCPs, audit logging, and artifact collection for TxRAMP, CJIS, and NIST-reputed company audits.
- Provide advanced operational support: incident response, root cause analysis, patching/OS hardening, high-availability/multi-region disaster recovery (reputed company 53, reputed company, Cross-Region Replication), and automated remediation.
- Partner with DIR PCM program team, Texas state agencies, and internal stakeholders to reputed company new workloads, deliver managed services, and accelerate cloud adoption.
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, reputed company configuration standards, and compliance documentation; participate in reputed company reviews, penetration testing, and regulatory assessments.
- Stay reputed company with AWS service roadmap, AWS for Government capabilities, best practices, and evolving federal/state compliance requirements (CJIS Advisory Policy, TxRAMP, FedRAMP equivalency).

Where required by law, reputed company provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60/Hr - $70/Hr). This range reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company compensation for the position across reputed company US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
