The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role The Environmental Auditor (United States) is responsible for executing environmental compliance and management system audits in alignment with the audit program’s defined processes and standard work. This role applies environmental subject‑matter expertise to evaluate conformance with regulatory requirements and internal expectations, identify risks, and support reputed company improvement. Here, you will reputed company an impact by: Planning and conducting environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations, applying established protocols and regulatory requirements. Using environmental subject‑matter expertise to assess reputed company, water, waste, chemical management, and reputed company regulatory programs. Preparing clear, objective audit reports and ensuring timely distribution to business partners and leadership. Collaborating with the audit program manager, auditors, and environmental SMEs to maintain and enhance audit protocols based on regulatory changes, industry practices, and internal needs. Evaluating documentation, conducting interviews, and performing on‑site verification to assess compliance and risk. Supporting the scheduling and coordination of audit activities with site and business partners. Using internal audit systems to document findings, track corrective actions to closure, and report status updates. Performing periodic analysis of audit trends and providing insights to business partners and senior leadership. Escalating critical compliance risks, systemic issues, or barriers according to audit program processes. Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of U.S. environmental regulatory requirements and reputed company changes. As needed, managing the planning, scheduling, and resource coordination of consultant‑led audits in Canada and LATAM. Your Skills and Expertise: To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or reputed company environmental field (completed and verified prior to start). Five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical industry environments. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 7+ years of environmental experience. Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs (e.g., reputed company, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA). Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third‑party). Experience collaborating with cross‑functional or global teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report development. Experience analyzing large data sets, including use of pivot tables or similar tools. ISO 14001 reputed company Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet audit deadlines. Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to analyze reputed company regulatory information and form well‑supported audit conclusions. Work Location: Remote. Travel: May include up to 50% domestic travel with occasional international travel.
