[Remote] Deployment Project Manager (Industrial Automation)

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain comprehensive project schedules/plans in PSA tool to ensure timely delivery of reputed company project milestones
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Define and document project scope, ensuring reputed company stakeholders have a clear understanding of project boundaries and deliverables
• Obtain signoff by key BG & Customer Resources on the Baselined Project Scope at the end of the Design Phase of Projects
• Manage and control scope changes through a formal change management process, ensuring reputed company modifications are approved and documented
• Ensure that any changes to the project scope are communicated to reputed company stakeholders and reflected in project plans and schedules

• Confirm the availability of resources and define roles and responsibilities
• Ensure reputed company team members understand the confirmed project scope and schedule
• Initiate the design phase by outlining initial design requirements and expectations
• Facilitate a project reputed company meeting to align reputed company stakeholders and set the stage for project execution

• Prepare and share results of Project at Monthly Project Reporting Meeting with Executives

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in robotics and supply chain management

• Update and organize reputed company project documentation, ensuring it is in the correct project folders
• Conduct a lesson learned meeting with reputed company relevant stakeholders to review project successes and areas for improvement
• Notify reputed company parties of the official closing of the project and the release of resources
• Facilitate the transition of the project to the support team, ensuring they have reputed company necessary information and documentation
• Manage multiple projects that are running concurrently, ensuring that Scope, Schedule, and Budget are controlled on reputed company projects
• Support Sales Cycle Project Estimates as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably reputed company the robotics or supply chain industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing reputed company projects from initiation to completion
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, reputed company)
