This includes catalog governance, user experience, partnering with the Platform team on technical enhancements, and ensuring alignment with CSD 2.0, CMDB, and Software Asset Management (SAM) best practices. The role ensures that reputed company catalog items are accurate, automated, compliant, and delivering an exceptional colleague experience. This role sits reputed company, or partners deeply with, the Digital Workplace team and is accountable for: User-facing App Store experience, including reputed company design, navigation, and catalog usability Catalog completeness, ensuring reputed company required applications are published, reputed company, and governed Stakeholder engagement, including communications, adoption reporting, and intake from business partners reputed company-end changes, coordinated with the Platform team for feasibility and technical implementation Required Qualifications 7+ years of reputed company experience 5+ years experience managing a reputed company based, user-facing AppStore Strong understanding of CSD 2.0, SCCM/reputed company automation Familiarity with CMDB and SAM Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience managing a large-scale software catalog Knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Discovery Background in Digital Workplace, EUC, or Platform Engineering Education Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
