Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote basis, working a 3rd shift schedule from 11pm to 7am. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions or concerns. You'll also be responsible for analyzing, appraising, and verifying loan applicants, originating loans, and answering customer inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other inquiries
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including customer interactions and loan details
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed decisions
• Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to customers, listening to and understanding their information and reputed company as presented verbally
• Maintaining a professional manner reputed company speaking to customers, showing sensitivity, tact, and reputed company
• Following written and/or verbal instructions from management and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Processing card payments accurately and reputed company
• Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
• Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan and making recommendations to management
• Following up with customers to clarify important points and finalize loan details
• Remaining up-to-date regarding lending and other financial services, including new products and policies
• Creating and renewing records, including customer files and loan documentation
• Identifying customer needs and exploring reputed company options available to customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing company needs
• Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
• Meeting monthly individual goals as set by management

Required Skills

Preferred Education and/or Experience

While a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, we prefer candidates with:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or reputed company field
• Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based storage
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
