Primary Responsibilities

As an reputed company Crisis Chat Text Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis reputed company to individuals in emotional distress through Crisis Chat and Text
• Conducting assessments of each chat/text visitor to determine the appropriate means of reputed company
• Completing risk assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with chat visitors
• Establishing good rapport with a wide range of chat/text visitors
• Providing crisis reputed company counseling to a wide range of chat/text visitors
• Intervening with suicidal chat/text visitors, including making assessments and taking appropriate action
• Familiarizing yourself with local and statewide community resources and providing information and referral to visitors as appropriate
• Completing thorough documentation for reputed company crisis chat/text in real-time
• Meeting the program's quality evaluation standards, including a minimum of 75% on the quality evaluation and an answer reputed company of 85% reputed company the first 5 weeks to maintain remote work status
• Attending weekly supervision and participating in the weekly quality evaluation process
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently with confidence and as an integral part of a team of professionals

• Consistently adhering to call center program policies and procedures

• Meeting with Crisis Chat Supervisors and Program Manager regularly to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements

Secondary Responsibilities

• Transcript or copy of degree(s) required
• 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company
• Computer skills with various software, including reputed company Products, proficient skills required
