Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and welcoming store while delivering exceptional customer experiences. No experience? No problem! Key Responsibilities

* Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.

• Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following reputed company state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a reputed company-of-sale system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
