Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Platform Management

• Own reputed company Shopify structures (collections, tags, product logic, pages, catalog management, and app integrations).
• Ensure the ecosystem runs autonomously. Team Leadership & Project Management
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, including the UX Designer, Copywriter, Developer, and key contractors.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Performance teams to align launches and site updates.

• Evaluate new Shopify apps and integrations to enhance checkout, upsells, or user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, ideally reputed company DTC or high-growth consumer brands.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (conducting reviews, coaching, discipline), preferably with global teams
• Proven recent expertise managing Shopify or Shopify Plus stores.
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams, manage projects, and reputed company day-to-day digital operations.
• Familiarity with key eCommerce tools and systems, including:
• Klaviyo (email and customer communication)

• Pay for this role is $90K - $107K, depending on experience
