Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications

• Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
• Ensure accurate PO (reputed company Only, Ship and Bills, reputed company, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
• Validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
• reputed company creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and reputed company
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
• Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
• Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
• Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Two (2) years' relevant work experience

* Experience as an account representative
