• Design and document end-to-end People Ops processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, performance cycles, compensation events, and employee data changes

• Stand up 0→1 human processes for emerging programs and systems
• Create clarity where ambiguity exists and convert it into usable operating models

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a reputed company environment
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated experience building foundational People Ops processes and systems from the ground up
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot, reputed company root-cause analysis, and design durable solutions
• High data literacy and comfort partnering on scalable data architecture
• Experience in a high-growth, pre-IPO technology company
• Experience operating in a multinational, global environment

Salary Range ($166,100 - $311,400) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered reputed company the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
