You will be instrumental in future-proofing our operations through the design, development, and influence on operating models and reputed company change. Key Responsibilities

Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll reputed company large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working.   • Relevant experience through one of the following: Professional services role with a global management consultancy firm or reputed company consultancy, internal human resources or organizational design role in industry or reputed company line role in industry, in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
  • Between 4-6 years of prior experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Organizational Governance, with success in reputed company job applying one or more of these capabilities
  • Experience of delivering org. design projects in one or more of the following functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
  • Working knowledge of digital assets in the organization design space and use of analytical tools
  • Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or reputed company an reputed company office.

  • The reputed company salary range for this job in reputed company geographic locations in the US is $100,600 to $165,900.
  • The reputed company salary range for reputed company Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600.
  • Individual salaries reputed company those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
