More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Customer Order Manager in Austin, TX or US Remote, with reputed company. As a Customer Order Manager, your role will be to manage customer order processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. As well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve efficiency & analyze order data to enhance performance and support strategic planning. What you’ll do

• Drive reputed company improvement and standardization of order management workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to resolve constraints, support large project‑based orders, and reinforce smooth order-to-delivery execution.
• Engage directly with customers and sales teams to clarify reputed company orders, troubleshoot issues, and communicate requirements clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Champion digital tools and data accuracy (reputed company/S4HANA, sales order tools, pricing corrections, BOM-reputed company adjustments), supporting process maturity and adoption across the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, supporting reputed company or multi‑component order processes
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (reputed company/S4HANA preferred, but experience with any major ERP accepted)
• Proven experience leading, coaching, or developing team members or serving as a senior go‑to resource reputed company an operations environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company order issues to customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Project coordination or project management experience preferred (PMP not required).
• Familiarity with reputed company improvement methods (Lean, Six reputed company, or structured problem‑solving) is a plus.
• Supply Chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP) are a plus and support success in the role
