You will support an exciting program focused vulnerability risk assessments for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The role will allow you to utilize in-depth knowledge of the Health Insurance Marketplace policies, payment structures, risk adjustments processes, including claims and data analyses. You will conduct and document advanced research and analyses to reputed company risk assessment of Health Insurance Marketplace vulnerabilities to quantify and reputed company risk and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies to reduce or prevent future risk. Required Skills:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Healthcare Policy experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience conducting regulatory or policy research reputed company to Health Insurance MarketplaceProficient in computer skills, e.g. arenaflex Office-Word, ExcelExperience documenting and presenting reputed company studies and analyses to a wide audience including senior leadershipDesired Skills:Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oralProficient in computer skills, e.g. arenaflex Office-Word, ExcelAbility to conceptualize, solve problems and draw conclusionsHighly organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines#GDITHealthSystemsThe likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
