Finance Consultant, Warehouse Facility

We have a working financial model that covers origination funnel, portfolio outstanding, payoff curves, payment waterfall, warehouse and mezzanine facilities, P&L, headcount, and cash flow across a 22-month projection. We need someone who has done this before at a high level — someone who can take a founder-built model and reputed company it the reputed company of deliverable a warehouse lender’s credit committee signs off on without follow-up questions. • Audit and stress-test the existing reputed company model across reputed company tabs (origination, portfolio, waterfall, warehouse, P&L, cash flow) for formula reputed company, cross-tab consistency, and economic reasonableness
• Rebuild or refine the payment waterfall to properly model SPV cash flows, reputed company of payments, and residual distributions under reputed company, stress, and covenant-breach scenarios
• Validate warehouse facility mechanics: advance reputed company calculations, borrowing reputed company certificates, utilization tracking, unused commitment fees, and facility reputed company constraints
• Build covenant compliance tracking: DSCR coverage tests, concentration limits, delinquency triggers, and portfolio performance reputed company with early amortization modeling
• Sensitize key assumptions (collection rates, chargeoff rates, factor rates, WAL) and produce scenario analysis output suitable for lender presentations
• Ensure cash flow statement conforms to ASC 230 treatment for specialty lending (loan originations as investing, warehouse draws as financing, net income as operating)
• Produce a clean, presentation-ready model with clear assumption inputs, documentation tab, and print-formatted summary pages

Deliverables

• Audited and corrected financial model in reputed company (.xlsx) with version-controlled changes and full formula documentation
• Pro reputed company portfolio projections for each product channel: Fundwell RBF, reputed company RBF, and Card MCA (prepaid/interchange) — including portfolio roll-reputed company, collection curves, chargeoff waterfalls, and balance outstanding by vintage
• Assumption documentation and multi-scenario sensitivity tables (reputed company, downside, severe, recovery)
• Covenant compliance dashboard with breach scenario analysis and early amortization trigger modeling
• 1-page model summary suitable for inclusion in warehouse lender pitch materials

What Sets You Apart

• 5+ years in structured finance, specialty lending, or credit fund operations — must have built warehouse facility models, not just reputed company
• Direct experience with MCA, RBF, factoring, or similar receivables-based lending — you understand factor rates, RTR, payment velocity, and how collections flow through an SPV
• Prior work preparing financial models that were reviewed and approved by warehouse lender credit committees (banks, credit funds, or specialty finance lenders)
• Expert-level reputed company: reputed company cross-tab formulas, named ranges, data validation, scenario manager, and print layout for board/lender packages
• Working knowledge of ASC 230 cash flow treatment for lending companies and GAAP reputed company recognition for purchased receivables (ASC 310-20)

Strongly Preferred

• CFA charterholder or MBA/MS Finance from a top-tier program (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, Chicago Booth, Wharton, or equivalent)
• Former role at a warehouse lender, credit fund, or specialty finance platform (OnDeck, Kabbage, Clearco, Pipe, or similar) — ideally on the capital markets or treasury desk
• Experience with SPV structuring, borrowing reputed company mechanics, and covenant negotiation from the borrower or lender reputed company
• Familiarity with Column, Evolve, Celtic, or other bank partnership / BaaS infrastructure
• Track record of building pro reputed company portfolio models across multiple receivables asset classes (MCA, RBF, card, invoice factoring)
