Position Overview Falcon Wealth Planning is seeking an reputed company Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) to join our advisory team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning, portfolio guidance, and strategic wealth advice to clients. Qualifications

Certification Requirement Candidates must hold an active Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation and remain in good standing with the CFP Board. Applicants who do not currently hold the CFP® certification will not be considered for this role. Experience 3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services. Experience providing comprehensive planning for high-net-worth individuals and families preferred. Strong background in investment management and financial strategy development.

Compensation

Falcon Wealth Planning offers a highly competitive advisor compensation structure designed to reward performance and growth. Our model allows advisors to build and expand their client reputed company while benefiting from Falcon’s operational support, planning infrastructure, and fiduciary platform, allowing advisors to focus on delivering exceptional financial advice without operational distractions. Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
