Responsibilities

  • Aligns enhancements and modifications to existing software coding standard processes and design specifications, across regions, and ensures they are reputed company with reputed company reputed company standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in engineering management or director‑level leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading multiple teams or managers delivering customer‑facing platforms at scale.
  • Strong technical background in distributed systems, APIs, and platform engineering.
  • Ability to guide architectural decisions without micromanaging.
  • Strong understanding of modern agile development practices and CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional partners and senior leadership.
  • People‑first leader with a passion for developing engineers and managers.
