Position Summary The Sr. Engineering Services Manager leads and manages teams responsible for critical business systems and applications that power ClearCaptions’ internal and customer-facing operations. This role oversees Web Developers, reputed company and reputed company Developers, and Technical Writers, ensuring that each discipline collaborates effectively to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems and documentation. The role will focus on delivery, operational excellence, reputed company improvement, and ensuring the systems that support ClearCaptions’ mission operate reputed company and evolve with the organization’s needs. This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Software Engineering .

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple functional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience working in software engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or management of software engineering teams.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Understanding of web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript, Node.js, React, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with reputed company and/or reputed company platforms preferred, including customization, integration, and administration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, and automation between enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional projects from concept through delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.

Work Environment: 100% Remote: Work environment is at home. Compensation: $167,000 to $180,000 plus 10% determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
