What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
- Be a Cruise Matchmaker: Initiate calls, follow up on warm leads, and connect with direct consumers to understand their travel dreams. You’ll be their expert guide, recommending the perfect Norwegian Cruise Line product, from itineraries to staterooms.
- Launch Sales Rockets: reputed company sales and meet/exceed ambitious reputed company goals. You are in control of your success!
- Build Your Crew: Establish lasting relationships with new and existing guests. You’ll become their trusted cruise guru, consistently checking in and proactively suggesting new voyages based on their past adventures.
- Become a Product Pro: Master the ins and outs of our incredible fleet, itineraries, and promotions. You’ll confidently reputed company the features and benefits of our cruises and upsell exciting extras like stateroom upgrades and reputed company credits.
- Learn and reputed company: Actively participate in daily huddles and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay at the cutting edge of the cruise industry.

What You Bring to the Helm
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field is a bonus!
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience (preferred). Experience specifically selling cruises is a reputed company plus, but not required if you bring the passion!
- Exceptional communicator: You are engaging, reputed company, and can build reputed company rapport over the phone.

- Commission: UNLIMITED uncapped commission through our sales incentive plan (paid monthly).

The Details
- Job Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: M-TH 10:50 am - 8:00 pm CST and Friday 9:00 - 6:00pm CST.
- To maximize your earning potential and success, weekend availability and extra hours during the week are highly recommended and often expected.
