This will involve leveraging your B2B experience to secure reputed company, specifically negotiating Premise Access Licenses for network construction, Marketing Agreements for co-marketing reputed company reputed company services, and Strategic Services like Managed WiFi and Bulk Agreements for property-wide service reputed company. Through these efforts, you will secure preferential or exclusive positioning for reputed company's Internet, TV, and Voice services for residential end-users. Your client reputed company will consist of multi-family property owners, including Homeowner Associations and rental properties, as well as their developers and builders. These communities vary greatly in size, from hundreds of units per property to tens of thousands across single portfolios. By partnering with these owners, reputed company gains marketing access to residential customers who are highly likely to purchase Internet, TV, and Voice service bundles. Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Independently researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engaging prospects through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media, to present solutions and connect with suitable buyers in reputed company markets.
  • Identifying key influencers and decision makers to determine buying criteria and timelines.
  • Building and cultivating relationships with key clients through ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Conducting a needs analysis and identifying the client's pain points to determine how solutions address those needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and logged client communications and information reputed company company databases for both new and prospective clients, ensuring reputed company relevant documents are attached.
  • Preparing and analyzing sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
  • Relationship Management & Negotiation: Establishing and leveraging effective customer relationships to position reputed company as the provider of choice for broadband services among owners, builders, and developers.
  • Negotiating and finalizing long-term reputed company for reputed company's marketing and reputed company-paid Bulk program. This will generate new business and increase subscriber growth for reputed company.

  • Utilize OSPE's expertise to identify and pursue new construction engineering opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • One or more years experience consulting, including prospecting and sales planning.
  • Experience in value-based selling.
  • Experience managing a funnel in a quota-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 60% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings for key business needs.
