The Role We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of reputed company' web reputed company — the primary growth reputed company for one of the leading B2B reputed company reputed company companies. This is a solo design role embedded in a tight-reputed company marketing team (SEO, Content, Developer, Manager). • Conversion optimization: Run ~3 A/B tests per month. Use GA4 and heatmaps to spot friction, form hypotheses, and design experiments. You're expected to think like a growth partner, not just an executor.

What You Should Have

• 3+ years of web or product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.

• Strong UI sensibility: this role is ~65% UI, ~35% UX. Clean, modern, professional B2B aesthetic. You know the difference between "pretty" and "converts."

• High autonomy: you manage your own time, own the quality of your output, and don't need someone checking your work to stay sharp.
• English B2+ for daily content work and team communication.
