We Are Looking For The Manager, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness, business operational excellence, and scalable growth across FDH Electronics. This role partners closely with functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives that enhance customer experience, process efficiency, and overall company performance. This role operates at both a strategic and executional level – identifying opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring initiatives are fully implemented and sustained. Through structured, data-driven execution, the Manager, Strategic Initiatives strengthens commercial infrastructure, improves cross-functional alignment, and enables profitable, customer-focused growth. What You’ll Do As a Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for: Strategic Initiative Partnership
- Translate business priorities into structured initiative roadmaps with defined milestones, accountability, and measurable outcomes
- Align initiatives with FDH Electronics’ growth strategy, customer commitments, and commercial performance objectives
Commercial Process & Execution Optimization
- Assess end-to-end commercial processes to identify inefficiencies, risk points, and performance barriers that limit reputed company execution, margin protection, and customer responsiveness
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and design scalable future-state solutions
- Standardize and institutionalize processes, controls, and best practices to drive consistency and transparency across the organization
Data-Driven Performance Enablement
- Establish performance frameworks and dashboards to track initiative reputed company and business impact

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field required
- 5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, commercial operations, process optimization, or reputed company environment
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience in electronics distribution, manufacturing, or similar B2B environment preferred
- Strong proficiency with CRM, ERP, data analytics, and reporting tools (reputed company, BI tools, etc.)
- Strategic thinker who translates business priorities into executable, results-driven initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of reputed company drivers, pricing governance, and customer lifecycle management
- Applies structured problem-solving methodologies to drive measurable impact

Special Requirements:
