We’re looking for a senior technology leader to own the strategy and execution of DevSecOps and Automation Engineering—driving platform capabilities (CI/CD, IaC, secrets, policy-as-code), software supply chain reputed company, observability, and reliability practices across a diverse digital portfolio. You will design the systems, standards, and operating models that reputed company dozens of product teams to deliver business value safely, repeatably, and at scale, while cultivating a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture.

• Own the enterprise DevSecOps & Automation strategy and evolve the operating model, standards, and platform capabilities that serve multiple product groups across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software/platform engineering with 7+ years leading DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE/platform teams; experience leading multiple managers and cross-portfolio initiatives.
• Proven success implementing enterprise CI/CD, IaC at scale, and reputed company automation across hybrid cloud environments.
• Track record improving engineering throughput and reliability using metrics (e.g., DORA, SLOs) and driving adoption across many teams.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and technical audiences; strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Cloud & Platform: Azure and AWS services; reputed company zone architectures; container orchestration (AKS/EKS), serverless, and edge services.

• Automation at Scale: Event-driven orchestration, workflow automation, ChatOps, self-service portals, golden paths/templates, and reusable reference architectures.
• Leadership Toolkit: Engineering metrics (DORA/flow), org health measures, financial stewardship, vendor management, and leadership across multiple product groups.
