This role focuses on locating a technician for a particular job reputed company there isn’t anyone in the established network for the service required. Research service claim information, interpret market area data, reputed company outbound calls, communicate with designated Contractor Relations Team members to match contractors to service calls to resolve service claims. Essential Functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• General knowledge of HVAC, Appliance, Plumbing equipment helpful
• Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service skills and ability to overcome objections
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi task, prioritize and follow up
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Adapt to fast paced work environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office
• 2-4 years Customer service experience and/or training preferred
• Home Warranty or real estate experience desirable but not required

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, Remote This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company pay range for this position at the time of posting.
