As a Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales Rep), you play a key role in accelerating our rapidly growing business by helping homeowners evaluate our services and commit to a fruitful partnership, managing their properties. Our Vacation Rental Advisors act like consultants, providing detailed insight into the market, the industry, and our services while paying reputed company attention to the homeowner’s needs. What you’ll do

• Qualify a pipeline of highly qualified marketing-generated leads
• Provide a consultative, end-to-end selling experience for homeowners from warm, inbound inquiries
• Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly productivity expectations (average of 30-50 contacts per day)
• Guide homeowners towards choosing Evolve and manage an active sales pipeline
• Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value, services, and policies
• Manage sales activities reputed company our CRM platform (reputed company) and Sales Engagement Tool (reputed company)
• Participate in regular training and reputed company sessions
• Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies and reputed company performance

Compensation

For this role, compensation is based on a reputed company pay plus commission model. Our reputed company pay is $55,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week. This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission with on-reputed company earnings of $118,000 based on individual performance. Location reputed company Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from reputed company in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Rhode reputed company, and Washington.
