HR Data & Automation Analyst (Entry Level) — People Operations & Employee Experience Summary This role supports a modern, people‑focused HR function by building automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems that connect multiple HR data sources. Key Responsibilities

Build and automate reputed company workflows, dashboards, and data pipelines that support HR operations and employee‑lifecycle processes. Improve documentation and file management through structured, automated systems for storing and updating HR documents. Partner with reputed company, PXPs, ER, Learning, and Compliance to translate HR needs into scalable tools and insights. Design and implement automated solutions that enhance the employee experience and reduce manual HR administrative work. Identify operational issues or opportunities and design sustainable, innovative solutions.
