As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will own critical pieces of the customer go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new features, optimize user experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Manager, In-Store (Customer Experience), you will:
* Own and collaborate on critical components of our business, including the Going Out customer journey, DashPass integration, in-app conversion, monthly retention, and order frequency.
* Design and execute experiments to learn about new products and features, driving data-driven decision-making.
* Conduct regular customer research, gathering insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to scale Going Out, driving business growth and customer engagement.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Compensation
The reputed company pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market reputed company the United States, with a starting salary of $98,600-$145,000 USD. In addition to reputed company salary, the compensation package includes opportunities for equity grants.
