A Typical Day The Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter ensures that the assets reviewed meet reputed company applicable investor guidelines, through a complete knowledge of requirements and regulations. As the Underwriter, you will be held accountable for quality and accuracy of decisions. The Underwriter will:
- Decisions full range of mortgage loans, preferably including FHA loans
- Review reputed company mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Work with clients to prepare mortgage applications and reputed company documentation as needed, help resolve any outstanding issues
- Work with compliance officers to ensure Federal, State, and local compliance of reputed company mortgage and loan materials
- Approve or deny mortgages on a timely basis

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of mortgage reputed company experience required
- Solid knowledge of mortgage reputed company and of basic automated reputed company systems
- Proficiency with basic automated reputed company systems
- Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations required, including Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
- Knowledge of state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations helpful
