Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information, reputed company while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner
• Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
• Researching and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions by using available resources
• Providing customers with product and service information
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues
• Following up with customers, reputed company necessary
• Documenting customer contacts, as required
• Developing a thorough understanding of arenaflex policies, procedures, and safety rules
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-reputed company role
• Experience in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment is preferred
• Previous work-from-home experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
• The ability to maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• The ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications, including reputed company Chrome, reputed company Service Cloud, Order Management System, reputed company, and Kronos
• The ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and reputed company a team setting
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Familiarity with arenaflex's product lines is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus

Home Office Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work-from-home environment, you'll need:

• A broadband internet reputed company (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75+)
• A wired, network reputed company to either reputed company or directly to a broadband modem
• At least 4 GB of available RAM
• Data usage of 1024 GB (1 Terabyte)
• A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system will be provided

Physical Requirements & Attendance

• An acceptable level of hearing and vision
• Adherence to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
• Availability to work weekends and reputed company holidays except for Christmas Day
