Sr. Recruiter – Manufacturing & Skilled Labor (Virtual, W2 Contract)

About the position We are seeking two Senior Recruiters to support a major multi‑site manufacturing client. These are fully virtual, W2 contract roles—one reputed company to the reputed company Coast time zone and one to the Central time zone. As a Frontline Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across 12 production locations, supporting approximately 75 open roles at any given time. These openings will be in various stages of the pipeline and range from entry‑level general labor to skilled trades positions. Our challenge to you:

Requirements

• 3+ years of Senior‑level recruiting experience, preferably in frontline, manufacturing, skilled trades, or production-heavy environments
• Proven ability to manage high requisition loads (50–75+)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed teams
• Ability to work in the reputed company Coast or Central time zone depending on the assigned role
• Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
