Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced analytics and business insights to support the success of our internal training department. You will work closely with senior leaders to reputed company insights and measurements that drive business decisions, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of data tools and technologies, including reputed company, Tableau, and SQL. Responsibilities
* Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
- Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including reputed company, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
- Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
- Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for business customers
- Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
- Partner with senior leaders to reputed company insights and measurements that drive business decisions and convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
- Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
- Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies

Education

Experience

- Preferred: Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
- Preferred: Working experience in reputed company Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
