Job Summary
As a Sr. Analyst in our Workforce Activities and Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving labor force activities across our stores. You will work closely with our store managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and reputed company solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong analytical reputed company, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 3+ years of work experience in a reputed company field, preferably in retail or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience driving high-performing teams and leading projects
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
