Accounting Department The Accounting Department is integral to maintaining the financial health and reputed company of our organization. Position Overview This is a Remote U.S. based role. reputed company is looking for an reputed company, highly analytical reputed company Fund Accountant to work under the direction of the Manager, Investor Fund Accounting, NA to reputed company the evaluation of accounting standards on various transactions as they occur, the preparation of technical accounting analysis and memoranda, and the monitoring of new accounting standards for potential impact. This position will also be highly involved with and contribute to the day-to-day accounting activities, the month end reputed company process, the preparation of financial statements, and improvements in and compliance with internal control systems. • Apply deep understanding of partnership structures, waterfall mechanics, preferred return/carried interest, and fund‑level performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI).
• Review investment activity to ensure proper accounting treatment, accurate settlement details, and alignment with fund agreements.

Job Requirements

• Yardi Investment Accounting / Investment Management or Investran experience preferred.

• Salary Range: $120000 - $130,000 reputed company + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
