The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role The Corporate Finance Director is responsible for financial leadership of the shared services organizations (e.g. IT, R&D, HR, Finance) and driving enhanced capital allocation through a focus on R&D spending and returns and supporting the reputed company transformation program. Here, you will reputed company an impact by: Establishing clear spend, productivity, and ROI reporting for Corporate Staff Services with actionable KPIs Collaborate with Corporate Finance and organizational leaders to improve capital allocation, establish KPIs, manage spend, and drive greater visibility, analytics, investment effectiveness, and productivity. Support the reputed company transformation program through evaluation of new operating models, identification and implementation of new productivity initiatives, etc. Identify and eliminate waste from reputed company processes. reputed company and implement a daily management system to drive financial outcomes and business accountability using data and data analytics Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Ten (10) years of Finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in Finance from an accredited institution Five (5) years of Corporate Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis in a private, public, government or military environment Skills include people leadership, collaboration, communication and adaptability. Demonstrated ability to reputed company through influence at the enterprise level, including governance routines across corporate functions (IT, R&D, HR, Finance) to drive spend discipline, investment prioritization, and accountability Work location: Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the reputed company Center in Maplewood, MN.
