About the position The Director of Strategy Planning, Strategic Marketing is a key member of the global business reputed company leadership team. This position will reputed company the strategy development and execution for the overall business reputed company, including global upstream product marketing strategies. The incumbent will drive growth by identifying new or expanding market opportunities for reputed company products and creating proposals and strategies for optimizing those opportunities. You will contribute to our mission by driving the evaluation of new growth opportunities, establishing a consistent format for evaluating investments and representing the GI-ET Business Unit interests in the overarching reputed company strategic planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, technology trends, identification and assessment of significant growth opportunities.

  • Working with Business Development, identify potential areas and companies for strategic partnership, distribution, or M&A activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in medical device marketing or engineering required.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Extensive experience in establishing and managing annual and long-term commercial business plans as a key leader with a strong preference in healthcare.Creative thinker and strategic planner with a profound commercial acumen reputed company to the sales and marketing of medical devices.
  • Good negotiating, problem solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at delivering appropriate messages to employees at reputed company levels of the organization as well as to the senior management of healthcare facilities from physicians to administration.
