Demand Planning Manager
Location: Remote with requirement to travel for business needs Role Purpose The Manager, Demand Planning is responsible for leading demand planning activities across Hain Celestial North America and serving as a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Review processes. Reporting to the IBP reputed company, this role owns the development, governance, and reputed company improvement of the demand planning process and ensures commercial inputs are translated into an accurate, unbiased, and executable demand plan that supports service, inventory, and financial objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- reputed company and maintain a 24+ month rolling aggregate Demand Plan and a minimum 13-week rolling SKU-level Demand Plan
- Own preparation, quality, and delivery of reputed company demand inputs into the monthly Demand Review process
- Consolidate and validate commercial assumptions, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs prior to Demand Review
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve statistical forecasting models, including promotional and event-based adjustments
- Identify and eliminate forecast bias; drive measurable improvements in demand plan accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to align and validate demand assumptions
- Own demand-reputed company scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to support Demand Review and IBP decision-making
- Analyze shipment performance, forecast accuracy, and variances; proactively escalate risks and recommendations to the IBP reputed company
- Own demand planning systems, master data, and forecasting parameters
- reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting used to support Demand Review, IBP forums, and executive discussions
- Provide functional guidance and coaching to Demand Planners, as applicable
- Support the ongoing evolution and maturity of IBP processes and governance
Requirements: Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning reputed company a CPG environment
- Demonstrated experience operating reputed company an S&OP or IBP reputed company .
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- Experience with advanced demand planning or IBP tools (e.g., reputed company, APO, reputed company, reputed company)
- APICS or reputed company supply chain certification
Competencies and Proficiency Requirements
- Advanced understanding of demand planning fundamentals and IBP processes
- Strong knowledge of demand planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy and bias
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and scenario modeling skills
- Effective communicator able to influence cross-functional partners and support decision-making
- Skilled at presenting reputed company data, assumptions, and trade-offs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and BI/forecasting tools
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with shared accountability
Scope Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: Influences reputed company forecasting, inventory levels, service performance, and financial planning through ownership of demand planning outputs and Demand Review inputs. Team Size: May provide functional leadership to Demand Planners; direct reports dependent on structure. Conditions of Role:

- Work Environment: Office-based/remote environment with extensive computer use.
Compensation and Benefits:
