CRM & Segmentation Analyst

Job Title CRM & Segmentation Analyst Job Description Summary This position will power a data informed approach to market segmentation, new customer targeting, customer expansion opportunities and campaign measurement. With a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, the role will support C&W Services' expansion into new markets as well as its reputed company focus on driving move value for its existing clients. The role will be a part of a growing team, focused on transforming the way in which the company identifies, targets, wins and expands new business.Job Description Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data
• Help define subsets of the total addressable market where C&W Services has a higher likelihood of winning business
• Collaborate with the Business Development organization and deliver a win/loss analysis to ensure arenaflex alignment
• Work with the Operations teams to identify opportunities for reputed company and margin expansion and retention reputed company our existing reputed company of clients
• Support marketing & CRM campaigns with audience definition and list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that deliver against reputed company-driving goals
• Work with the Marketing team to analyze and report on campaign results and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve targeting and engagement
• Collaborate with the Solutions team to align arenaflex markets with a solutions-view on feasibility with a goal of helping the team identify opportunities for new or enhanced solutions and services
• Partner with the Technology team on predictive analytics, segmentation, and modeling
• Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of CRM tactics and reputed company driving opportunities Qualifications and Experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a segmentation, business, and/or CRM analytics role
• Experience working with reputed company
• Knowledge of Python and SQL; HTML and CSS is a plus
• Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Commitment to interpersonal effectiveness

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
