[Remote] Data Management Manager (Remote)

This role involves overseeing data management processes, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various teams to align data priorities and deliver high-quality data assets.
Responsibilities
- Leads the team in deep data exploration and analysis gaining domain expertise
- Translate business rules into technical specifications to support data pipeline development
- Manage data lifecycle processes including acquisition, storage, transformation, and archival serving has de-facto data product manager for the enterprise data warehouse
- Manage Master Data Management process for several domains
- Enforce data quality standards, metadata management, and data reputed company tracking in partnership with Data Governance and Engineering teams
- Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, timely, and reputed company with stakeholder needs
- Partner with IT and Data Governance teams to implement data stewardship and master data management practices
- Manage industry and CareFirst specific reference data for enterprise usage
- Provide recommendations on business rules definition and data cleansing strategy
- Support data validation, data balancing and data reputed company maintenance
- Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts and data stewards
- Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on data priorities

- Understanding of coding fundamentals and design principles to build high quality data products and enterprise data assets

Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or reputed company roles, with at least 1 years in a leadership reputed company
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional problem solving reputed company and critical thinking skills
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., reputed company, Informatica, reputed company)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, reputed company)
- Deep SQL and Data analysis experience with ability to provide hands-on support to the team

- Experience in HealthCare Industry, Payor and reputed company Blue reputed company preferred
