The AI Manager at Cyberhill is responsible for leading client engagements, shaping AI strategies, and overseeing the delivery of secure and scalable AI solutions for large enterprises and government organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Work with sales/business development to qualify opportunities, shape AI proposals/Statements of Work (SOWs), and help convert prospects into engagements
  • Translate client business needs into AI opportunity assessments, use-case recommendations, and value-driven AI roadmaps
  • Lead discovery and assessment phases: inventory existing systems, data infrastructure, workflows, and AI readiness
  • Collaborate with technical teams (data engineers, ML engineers, cybersecurity/cloud experts) to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions (e.g., knowledge graphs, ML models, MLOps pipelines, model governance)
  • Define and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics — ensuring alignment to business goals and measurable ROI
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI engagements: from planning and architecture to development, integration, deployment, and post-launch optimization
  • Manage cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, security/cloud specialists), coordinate resources, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Take ownership of program management aspects: scheduling, status reporting, risk identification/mitigation, client communications, and change management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients: understand their business context, recommend best-fit solutions, and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive stakeholders
  • Help shape Cyberhill’s AI offerings — contribute to methodologies, frameworks, templates, and best practices for AI governance, security, and measurable impact
  • Identify opportunities for expanded work (e.g., follow-on engagements, upsells, additional services) through deep client understanding and proactive solutioning
  • Collaborate with sales/commercial leadership to support pre-sales technical scoping, proposal development, and client pitches
  • Help estimate effort, resources, timelines, and costs for AI engagements
  • Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals Skills
  • 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in AI, data & analytics, data engineering, ML/MLops, or related consulting/technology delivery roles
  • Demonstrated experience in AI or data-driven projects: designing, building, or deploying AI/ML solutions, models, knowledge graphs, data pipelines, or MLOps infrastructure
  • Strong consulting background — ideally with prior experience at a top-tier consulting or professional services firm such as PwC, KPMG, Deloitte or EY
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to interact with clients at all levels (technical through executive), translate complex technical ideas into business terms, and build trusted relationships
  • Strong program and project management skills: able to manage multiple work-streams, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain timeline and deliverable accountability, and ensure quality
  • Business acumen and sales orientation: able to help shape proposals, scope work, estimate effort, and think strategically about client value, long-term relationships, and growth opportunities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment, adapt to changing client requirements, and maintain high standards for delivery, security, and scalability
  • Familiarity with ontology/knowledge graph engineering, data architecture, model governance, or AI-risk/AI-security considerations is a plus Company Overview
