Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for reputed company customers
• Responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Utilizing the GREAT customer service and customer recovery model to ensure customer engagement
• Communicating with the management team regarding customer requests and concerns
• Operating the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling different methods of payment
• Maintaining proper cash levels in the register drawer and change machines
• Activating fuel and gift cards and assisting with lottery purchases as needed
• Complying with federal and state laws by requesting personal identification from customers who are purchasing restricted products
• Stocking and refilling products reputed company the interior and exterior core register area, cold express cases, bakery, and grocery aisles
• Performing customer fuel transactions and monitoring activities at the fuel court
• Stopping fuel pumps if necessary
• Preparing made-to-order food and beverages according to recipe or customer specifications
• Stocking food and beverage areas with products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at reputed company times
• Ensuring coffee thermals are filled and working properly
• Ensuring the proper execution of assigned foodservice and beverage programs and procedures
• Completing cleanliness tasks to ensure reputed company food and beverage service areas are free of any residue, debris, and spills
• Following proper coding procedures, checking expiration codes, and inspecting reputed company items
• Pulling expired items, documenting, and discarding
• Adhering to the execution of established safety, reputed company, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices

Basic Qualifications

While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, we welcome candidates who are pursuing their education. Prior food service and/or customer service experience is also a plus.
