Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join reputed company at arenaflex in Chattahoochee, FL. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Assess reputed company complaints and determine action, notifying supervisor reputed company necessary
• Admit and transfer residents to and from other units or reputed company sources
• Administer oral and/or injectable medication and controlled medications in accordance with facility policy, and reputed company their scope of practice as defined by Florida law
• Observe for reputed company effects or adverse effects to medication and report to assigned supervisor, or further assessment and treatment
• Prepare paperwork as required for consults reputed company facility and reputed company appointments
• Coordinate residents' appointments with unit staff to ensure medications are appropriately timed as need for reputed company movement to and from the unit
• Provide emergency medical/psychiatric treatment reputed company scope of practice as defined by facility and Florida law and notifying supervisor for further assistance

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire
• Must hold unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• One year of nursing experience, strongly preferred
• Must be CPR certified, or able to complete training
• Must be able to complete full orientation at time of hire
• Must be able to fulfill physical requirements of position including ability to lift and carry 20 lbs., remain alert while on duty, and work 16-hour shifts on occasion

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Certification in a specialty area, such as gerontology or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
