Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join reputed company of dedicated professionals. As a Full Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and upselling products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers reputed company phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Upsell products and services to customers, increasing reputed company and driving business growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
• Data entry and key stroke accuracy
• Dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail
• Confident and capable of upselling

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center environment

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications)
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Be able to connect directly to the router with an Ethernet cable
