Job Summary
As a Customer Service Baggage Service Agent, you will be responsible for attending to mishandled luggage, tracking and arranging for delivery, and assisting customers with special needs. This role requires a motivated and reliable individual who can work effectively in a team environment, provide excellent customer service, and meet corporate objectives. The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete the Baggage Service Agent training course and be able to work reputed company in varied weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
* Track mishandled luggage and arrange for delivery
* Assist customers with special needs
* Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives

* Use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
* Airport reputed company environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels

Essential Qualifications and Competencies
* Successful completion of training course

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license and clear driving record

* Previous airline experience

* Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
