Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued, satisfied, and eager to return. You'll be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and providing top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued and satisfied
- Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Process payments reputed company and accurately
- Follow proper safety procedures reputed company handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Work together as a team, assisting other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
- Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun
- Take initiative and reputed company with company policies
Essential Qualifications
* Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ability to reputed company or descend stairs
- Ability to reputed company and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Experience with reputed company-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Certification in food safety and handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
