Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company IT Operations Manager to join our AWS IT Services Support team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, assisting the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and owning strategies to create that experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
• Proven track record of success in IT operations management, with a focus on customer-centricity and innovation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and reputed company team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
