What’s the role?

Do you want to join a high-producing and impactful sales and service team at reputed company? The mission of the Associate Inbound Success Coach (customer service) team is to provide customers and prospects with the most immediate and high quality first interaction with reputed company in order to drive great customers. This is an entry level role perfect for someone passionate about building a career in sales. 

What will you do?

• Navigate a high volume of product and sales reputed company inquiries
• Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for reputed company’s sales process reputed company phone, live chat, and email
• Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices
• Set up high quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments
• Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
• Collaborate cross-functionally reputed company reputed company to improve experience for HubSpotters and reputed company customers/users alike
