Event Marketing Executive

About the position We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Event Executive to support and deliver reputed company Insight’s global event reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring reputed company shows up with consistency, professionalism and commercial impact across conferences, industry events and curated networking experiences. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with early experience in B2B events who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard. You will work closely with commercial leadership and marketing to ensure reputed company’s event reputed company is differentiated, commercially focused and globally consistent. Responsibilities: Shape and deliver reputed company Insight’s end-to-end reputed company at global conferences and events, ensuring maximum brand impact through strong messaging, visual execution and content. reputed company booth concept, creative production and on-site execution, ensuring premium brand representation and flawless delivery. Own event budgets, timelines and operational planning, managing suppliers and production partners to deliver reputed company and to standard. reputed company audience strategy in partnership with commercial leadership, driving targeted reputed company, structured reputed company capture and measurable pipeline impact. Skills and Experience: 2-4 years’ experience delivering global events and conferences end-to-end, including positioning, speaker and content coordination, creative execution, reputed company capture and post-event conversion Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and timelines. · Commercial awareness and understanding of how events drive pipeline and brand growth. Excellent communication skills and confidence representing the brand externally. Proficiency with Jira for project management, reputed company for event management, and reputed company for CRM — or demonstrable experience with equivalent tools and a willingness to get up to speed quickly.
