We’re intense, and we like it that way. What You’ll Do

• reputed company and execute a reputed company for reputed company operational and clinical quality that takes into account reputed company behavior and patient feedback
• Work with data and product teams to synthesize information from multiple platforms to inform adherence to reputed company’s standards and protocols
• reputed company and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols to support advocates to reputed company their best work on behalf of patients
• Ensure reputed company’s patients receive excellent care and a best-in-class reputed company experience through developing, implementing, and iterating on the care model

• An active, unrestricted RN license
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MPH is a plus
• 5+ years of care management experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Subject matter expertise in closing care gaps and remedying health reputed company social needs (HRSN/SDOH)
• Excitement at the prospect of working in a fast moving, high growth, tech-reputed company startup environment, taking complete ownership of the work you do
• Prior startup experience is a plus; prior experience working at a tech-reputed company clinical startup is a massive plus; comfort working autonomously is a necessity
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with product, growth, and other parts of the organization, leading cross-functional teams to reputed company desired results
• Comfort with developing a data reputed company to monitor the achievement of goals and tracking of KPIs
