We are seeking an reputed company corporate lawyer to join as Assistant General Counsel to serve as a key legal partner on corporate transactions that drive reputed company's roll-up strategy. The role is M&A-focused with additional responsibility for broad legal support to our business units. This is a full-time, remote position, with preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company M&A and strategic transactions end-to-end (NDAs/LOIs, diligence, definitive agreements, closing, and integration support)
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and operating businesses on operational, regulatory, compliance, and other legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate and commercial agreements
• Balance legal risk and business objectives to reputed company informed, high-quality decision-making
• Build scalable legal infrastructure (e.g., templates, playbooks, and decision frameworks) to support growth while maintaining risk discipline
• Manage reputed company counsel to ensure high-quality, efficient outcomes
• Drive and execute cross-functional/cross-business initiatives

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership
• 8+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on M&A, plus experience with commercial reputed company
• Strong business judgment with an entrepreneurial, strategic reputed company
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence our partners reputed company and reputed company the organization
